If the deal sounds to good to be true it is.
There is no such thing as a sure thing. And no one can tell you the exact percentage of your return on investment except the bank.
If someone comes to you or your business and says I can give you a 25 percent return on investment guaranteed, take the guys name because you might just be meeting the next Bernie Madoff. But whatever you do, do not do business with that guy.
I had a client that got a promise, in broken English, on a piece of paper promising a 20 percent return in one year if my client invested $10,000.
That was three years ago.
My client cannot get in touch with the guy and will probably never see his money again.
Protect your business, always get the deal in writing, and never chase something that sounds too good to be true.
Even better, do your due diligence, research whatever is being sold to you, and make the smart business decision.
